2x Junior-Einkäufer/in (m/f/d) SAP Ariba ID34826-2

 

 Duration: 01.05.2022 - 31.08.2022

Capacities: 40 hrs/ week

Project location: Remote, Düsseldorf

 

Project description:

 

The procurement engineering services team wants to execute dedicated strategy and operational sourcing/procurement demands for clients international businesses as per our global Procurement policy.

 

Task:

 

- Execution of RFP for Engineering services demand using SAP Ariba, based on a list from SAP Ariba, and according to client Procurement Policy

- Registration and qualification of vendors in SAP Ariba based on a list of open qualifications from Power BI

- Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP and SAP Ariba based on approved Purchase Requisitions according to SAP standards and client policy

- Setup of contract templates into SAP Ariba

- Convert SAP Manually Created Orders to Automated Setup i.e. using BDN or AutoPO types

 -Bring contracts in form and put them into the SAP System
-Process numerical data: For the contracts in advance lots of numerical data have to be handled.
-Technically consultancy (no very deep understanding needed)

 

 

Skills:

 

Must have:

- Proven at least 2 years procurement expertise regarding tendering and negotiating

- Both English and German are required

- Hands-on mentality

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Purchaser SAP knowledge (e.g. how to set up a Purchase Order in the system); Stakeholder management skills

- Financial and numerical skills

 

Nice to have:

- SAP knowledge

- Experience in Contract Management

- Proven experience in procurement strategies

- Experience in supplier management and supplier development

- ARIBA experience
